Here's one for the collector of oddities. Very large crystal clear glass insulator with metal caps at each end. You can gauge its size against the standard-size bricks beneath it. I once sold this piece several years ago for $600, then it came back around in a collection purchase. I've seen smaller ones, but this one is a brute! These were reportedly used for very large antennas. I was told by the original owner of this one that it was retrieved from a military ship. I got a good buy on it the second time around, so let's go $300, plus actual shipping costs. It weighs a little over 8 pounds.
