Pair of CD 102 No Name Ponies with the Christian Cross embossed boldly on each dome. Large and small cross versions. The large cross one is an unlisted variant as far as I can tell. It has the FEB. 22nd 1870/MCH 20th1877 dates under the cross. The other side has a slightly ghosted cross and the PAT/JAN. 25th 1870 date. The small cross one appears to be the [110] embossing with the PAT/JAN 25th 1870/JAN 14th 1879 dates. The date embossing on each is weaker than the crosses. The large cross one has a small bubble up front, some amber swirls and wire groove bruise / chip on the back. The small cross one has an upper wire groove chip as pictured and some small base flakes.
