This 1924 picture shows a toll line (TPL-24) coming in to the Shawnee central office. The CO was across the street and a block north. Notice all the phantom transposition brackets. I don't think I ever saw a phantom tramped pole pin circuit but I see the pole pins on these poles are carrying insulators, so who knows. The picture is from a glass negative and the quality could be better. Shawnee, OK is about 40 miles east of downtown Oklahoma, City.
