This CD 140 is skirt embossed JUMBO and base embossed OAKMAN M'F'G CO. BOSTON I'm going to post three photos because there are some issues. 2" to the right of the JUMBO embossing is a thumb nail size shallow skirt chip just below the wire groove.. starting at the right mold line there is a fracture that runs from dome to skirt, a distance of about 4"...at the very back of the insulator there is an open bubble along the wire groove with some associated roughness. ..just above the bubble there are two small chips on the upper ridge of the wire groove. All of the described issues are shown in the photos. This is one of the Jumbos that spent its life in the Boston subway system. I'm asking $175 plus actual shipping cost for this old warrior. If you think you would like one in better condition, I can offer one with the same embossing, with a one dome chip 1/16" in diameter and maybe a couple of pin pricks, for $375 plus shipping. |
