This piece is a Brookfield insulator EIN [210] and what i would call a light yellow green rather than yellow green as i'm not sure of the difference but you decide, it has some amber splotches in the crown area. The only damage is a flat sheer from lower wire ridge down about 1" and some lower wire ridge nibbles, base and everything else looks mint. More pics upon request.
