This insulator has lot more going for it then meets the eye. I can clearly see the R and OD of R Good ghost embossed on the front of the dome. Also has a few pieces of scattered junk, some smaller bubbles, some fizz, milk at bottom of threads and a light stringer of milk on one side of the lower skirt. I'd call it VNM even though it does have a base flake on the deeper side in the front. Think you can see that in my pic. There is also a thin what looks there was a arc of the wiring or like something corosive coming down from the wire groove in the front center. It's light so you really have to look for that to see.
