It's more like this Postal CD 210 has amber stringers throughout that goes in all diffent directions. Those stringers are easiest seen going around the skirt areas versed towards wire groove and above. Stright lines in some areas and more curving in others. It is a very nice insulator and one I would call mint. All I see is a small section of the round base that is bruised on the inside from mold seperation.
