EIN020 with means the TH of 19TH is underscored. Light blue aqua in color I think ? Has lots of scattered white junk floating around along with many, many fizzy seed bubble. Very large piece of white junk on one side. Very near mint. Has two clean flakes on the wire groove guides. One on the lower and one on the upper which I believe was caused by some of the junk being to close to the surface. You can see the flake on the bottom guide towards the right side in my pic. The other is on the opposite side right next to the mold line and is less noticable. Some of that junk also caused a flake near the top of the solid dome. In my pic you can see where there is another piece of junk directly below that flake. Where the very thin pleats end inside the skirt it looks like a couple are either underpoured or flaked on the inside only.
