Saluda Dam Pole

In the image to the Left, the insulator on the bottom Right has a flared skirt, older then the rest. Can anyone identify it? In the image to the Right, the insulator on the closest arm to the bottom Left has some sort of three skirted flat-ish insulator. These lines are originally from Saluda Dam in Greenville, SC built in 1907.
