A common insulator in uncommon color. This is a standard model 1, type 1920 telegraph insulator, widely used in Italy and maybe the most common, in the white with green band style. But this one was unknown to me until this summer, when it was recovered from the concrete poles of an abandoned railroad not far from Pisa. Credit the photo to Fredrik Höjefält.
