Good looking pc that seems to have possibly come out of service fairly recently as the heavy guage wire cuts are bright and shiney. Both the tie and main line are solid, thick copper with some of the original sheathing left on. Bright Hemingray blue and sparkling clean. Embossing EIN [110]. Has 10 drips halved,2 almost flush removed, and a small base edge flakelet. Everything else is VVNM. If you like insulators that have tie wires, you'll like this one, and it doesn't take up much room. $20 + shipping.
