Here are five CD 104 New Eng. Tel. & Tel. in aqua and light aqua. The one in the middle has a surface annealing crack starting at the C in CO. and angles up to the right and stops at the wire groove. You can see it in the picture. It also has a small open bubble on the rear wire ridge. The other four are nice. I am asking $10.00 for the group plus $10.85 flat rate shipping to the lower 48.
