The contractor is busy today trying to string the conductors on a windy Texas day! Here they are at a deadend structure trying to attach the new conductor to the glass suspension insulators and the wind is blowing at about 18 mph with gust up to near 30 mph! A cold front blew in last night cooling the air down, todays temps are about 57 but with the wind blowing it puts a chill in your bones. Sure glad that it is them in the air than me! Glad to see the glass suspensions going up on this new line, looks much better than the boring grey porcelain or those rubber chickens!
