Facility inspections are fun. I keep finding poles/insulators for photos that I missed previously. Here are two colored porcelain on the outside phase used as neutral phase indicators. A common practice on all COPCO distribution circuits up until the early 1970's when it was discontinued. Picture taken in old town Mills Addition in Klamath Falls, Oregon. This residential subdivision dates to about early 1940's era ( WWII )
