Saturday I purchased the Brookfield CD 162 in front of the Hemingray Blue Hemingray-42 at the bottle show held annually up in Albany, NY.. The seller was one of the leads I made being he didn'y bring all the insulators he had. Went to his house yesterday that wasn't very far from me and picked out the remaining nine insulators in my pic. The man was a hoarder but an organised one. Had build four large storage sheds in his many acre backyard. The frist box he delived to me to look at was filled with commons. All Hemingray 42's and a few WT's. It took him so long to deliver the next box for viewing that I was getting bored of waiting. Figured I may as look the Hemingray-42's over. That when I discovered a couple had an embossing error. I've added seperate pic of that insulator in the Errors album if you want to see. Also added pics of the B beehive with the soiled dome in this pic in the help/questions album. Couldn't believe my eyes when I flipped it over to look at the inner skirt. Hard to tell whether or not it is a real diamond inside the glass?? Other of these insulators have junk and other desired details but nothing to special. |
