Up for sale is one of the few scarce variations that Dominion-made telephone insulators occur in. The Delft blue Dominion - 9 pony appears to have been used in only one or two places in Canada, and it's unlikely that more than 30 or 40 of the pieces are in circulation in the hobby. The colour is completely different than any other that this era of Dominion production occurs in, and only the Dominion CD 108s and CD 154s are known to occur in this colour. This piece came from a small collection of telephone insulators here in London, Ontario which contained 4 of these Delft blue Dominion pieces. All four were the [090] embossing.

The condition of the piece is good, with one chipped drip in the rear, as visible in the photo at right. Otherwise, it looks great!
