Hemingray with 1870 and 1893 patent dates on rear skirt. This came out of that collection that was in storage since the early 80's. 2 drips missing from a skirt edge chip beside mould line,2 drips fractured from small, see thru, NGM arc bruise to rear, and 1 drip tip slightly flaked.
