Must be the smallest power insulator you can buy. Don't see many of this CD 226 here at Icon or anywhere else. Especially in green or yellow green. Aquas seem to be much more common. Green is listed 100-125. Asking $60 shipped anywhere in the lower 48 States. I've taken my pic in the best displaying position. Look close and you should be able to make out a crack high on the skirt. It goes from one side to the other. There is yet another of these cracks on the back side which is much more noticable while displaying from that side. The front and rear cracks join up together on the sides. It's very surprising to me why this insulator survived at all being there is yet another crack that goes completely around the neck. That crack effected one ear on the front left side. I think you can make that out in my pic as well. This insulator has a round base and has some flaking on the inside of the skirt. Reminds me very much of the Brookfield CD 152's with round bases. Wouldn't surprise me at all if it was Brookfield made. This insulator is shown in the price guide with an extended inner skirt. This insulator sits on the outer skirt all around. That is the only part of the insulator that is in perfect shape. The person I purchased this insulator from long ago said he was told this insulator was probally made the way it is know. I disagreed being it has some marks on the rear side that looks like a rock skimmed off the insulator in an upwards movement which I believe at least caused the one crack on that side. There only a tiny bit of glass missing besides the flaking on the inside of the skirt. That is small shallow sliver about 3/8" long that comes off one mold line at the base of skirt..

Sold at auction for $45.83 shipped. May have done done better if not for Super Storm Sandy effecting bidders on east coast.
