A recent estate find, five gallon water bottles were heated and reshaped by William McLaughlin's sons into a variety of interesting shapes and sold in Southern California stores over 40 years ago. This cornflower blue glass bottle was turned into a bowl. The edges on this one were turned down to form handles. First time I have seen this feature.
