Location not known. This phone lead was built with shorter poles. Short poles really attracted to me when I was a little kid as I geeked outside the back windows of my parents' car during family vacations. These and the skinny "stick" poles that existed here in New England are my all-time favorites when it comes to openwire phone lines I recall as a child ;-) To me back then some of these lines had crossarms (they were 10-pinners) thicker than their poles. And some with crossarms longer than the exposed pole itself. Maybe they were...all through a child's eyes..... |
