Hudson River NY c.1910 4-pin Multiple Arm RR Line

Not sure of the exact location but the original has "Highlands" on it (as seen) which may be a clue to where this New York Central RR line existed (or exists).. This apparently was a busy route. Given the shorter crossarm construction for telegraph wires this line probably was built in the 1890s or thereabouts. Note the lighter-colored insulators in the photo. I am not sure if this photo was altered to show them or if the insulators actually were *really* lighter in contrast....
