I'm in the process of restoring a Westinghouse Type-OA watthour meter, so I had to remove the meter mechanism, which is in very good shape, to free up the cast iron case for cleaning. Shown is the potential and current coil assemblies of this particular meter. I'm sure that these coils were all hand wound and tested for precision and accuracy.
