Leave it to the Romanians to come up with a knock down beautiful insulator. This is a CD 408 (if anyone cares) and is skirt embossed SL2-1STAS810-59. It is a striking green with some amber in the skirt. The condition is one tick from fabulous! Pretty heavy to for its size. Everyone has to have at least one Romanian insulator in their collection.
