The latter look like they were strung atop the 4-pin crossarm on the left. Beneath most likely were electric lighting circuits. The lowermost and shorter crossarms (on the left and right) supported heavier cables for street railway service. A tall pole in the centre background with an electric open-type arc light on top of it illuminated this busy area of Woonsocket's downtown.
