Green CD 145 american beehive, (030) I can't find anything wrong with it, so I'd call it vvvvvnm. The insulator is dirty, but has a nice amber bigger in it and some chuncks of fire brick. I think $75.00 plus actual shipping sounds fair. I would prefer a money order but will accept PayPal if it is sent as a gift.
