Embossed on the (F-Skirt) "PATENTED. JUNE. 17. 1890" This insulator has the MLOB (020) (mold line over the Base}. It does have a chip on the inner most skirt petticoat and a bruise to the outermost skirt petticoat. The color looks like BLUE or BLUE/ AQUA to me.
