Thought this insulator was a yellow green but I'm not absolute sure. My eye does see some yellow in the mix. I'll call it green to stay on the safe side. The Lynchburg logo is on top making it an 030 EIN. All I see is a super light very small fisheye on the top of dome as signs of use goes. That is of course minus the traces of train soot it still has on the bottom portion.
