I don't see any defects to report on this insulator. It has a partial manufacturer mark, as though the stamp on the dome was an offset strike. The letters "HO" and perhaps the beginning of the"M" are present but nothing more. I am assuming this is a partial signifying "THOMAS". Asking $12.00 plus actual shipping.
