Note the "pipe bracket" two-pin fire alarm telegraph line atop the poles along the left. Beneath were telephone circuits. There might have been more crossarms on the poles along this line, given the possibility the paired cable strung below the 10-pin arms replaced a lot of phone openwire. Along the right are electric distribution circuits. Plenty of repair work is needed here!
