All old-school open-wire here! It is possible this photo was taken in the teens. Nevertheless on the far right is a five-crossarm, 10-pin communications pole line (likely telegraph) with a double-circuit power line next to it. The latter has some sort of multipart porcelains upon its crossarms... The pole line along the far left looks like it is the oldest. Or at least the lesser maintained, which is okay with me ;-)
