The last time I visited the flea market located at Woodstock. NY I told myself I should not go again in the future. Afterall, I can only recall buying one insulators while going for several years time. That was only a Hemingray-9 with little going for it. Just didn't want to leave empty handed I guess. It is clear to me that I didn't leave empty handed this day. Believe it or not I was tempted to leave even before I found these three. Seems the rain delayed the venders from setting up the usual time. I was all set to leave when I saw a vendor I knew from an antique shop. He told me he had a few I might want but it would take some time for him to find. Once I saw the Brookfield CD 152 I knew my patients paid off. I've never seen one with so much yellow. The yellow green CD 121 toll is also very nice. But the best of my pay off came when I made another final round to see if any other vendors but glass out on their tables. I'd say I spotted the McLaughlin No.16 (CD 122) from about 50 feet away. Didn't know what it was when I spoted it but I did know it wasn't a colored insulator found at flea markets everyday. The great think is both vendors worked well on the asking price with me.
