Here is a CD 319 F.M.LOCKE VICTOR N.Y. / NO.23 with blotted out embossing on the back. The color is a beautiful green aqua (some call this teal aqua). This was probably made by Brookfield because of the color. The damage is a large chip on the end of an ear, some chipping at the end of the saddle groove, and a chip under the outside edge of the other ear. All this damage is on the same side. Otherwise, just a couple of minor pecks on the edge of the umbrella, and a little bit of the typical small flakes around the base edges of the base. It displays great from one end. I will post a second picture showing the chipping to the ears and cablegroove.
