Here is an H.G.CO. // PETTICOAT with smooth base in a very light green tint. Almost clear. It has a small base edge flake chip as seen, two very tiny nicks on the inner skirt that may actually be tiny open bubbles ( I looked at them with a magnifying glass and they look like open bubbles, but will say nicks to be safe), and an annealing line inside the base of the pinhole and inner skirt that you can see to the left. This is a little tougher baby signal. I am asking $28.00 plus actual shipping.
