Nice clean Cutter insulator. Bright aqua colour. Great shape with some base edge roughness and a couple of peck marks. There is a flat flake off of one end about 3/4" x 1/4". Strong dome embossing "CUTTER" and "PAT APR 26 04". I'll post 4 pictures.
