This is the CD 142 skirt embossed HEMINGRAY and on the reverse is W. U. T. CO. over T S _ 2. The condition is excellent. This piece, like most, does not have the copper liner. The carnival color is exceptionally good for this CD. Price guide says $40 to $50. My price is $25 plus actual shipping cost.
