Fairmount is located north of Muncie, home of the Hemingray and Ball Corporation glass factories. This piece is nicely embossed. There is an open base bubble and another open base bubble at the petticoat. There is a small base chip. One the lower wire rim there is a very shallow flake or chip...not very large.
