Here's one of the original Telegraph poles still standing!! The pole has 2 Yellow Green Star Beehives attached to old pegs (the pegs are rather odd shaped than most I've see). The pegs may be threadless, but not too sure. They are attached to the poles with square-headed nails. The old pole is pretty much just an old tree skinned of it's limbs.

One of the oldest poles I've ever seen still standing! There are a fair amount of photos online showing these old poles along this track.
