Produced by either Westinghouse or the George Cutter Company. The latter lighting division (probably the rest of the company?) was purchased by Westinghouse during the early 1920s. During the "transition" some older street lights were marked with the Westinghouse logo with the Cutter name (and sometimes patents) on the same fixture. Please keep in mind that the Scott Cutter tree insulators *may* not be related to the George Cutter street lights (including early open-arc models) as well other stuff George offered for early-day street illumination. Added notes: this fixture is all original.

Some very resourceful companies have made nearly-exact reproductions utilizing today's high-efficiency, space-age light sources.
