Can someone tell me which variant the Hemi 9 is? Front skirt- Hemingray - 9 / number (38) Rear skirt - Made in U.S.A./ number (19) Closest I can find says it should have numbers AND dots.

Can someone identify this porcelain insulator? No markings at all, sort of a mottled brown.
