CD 145 H.G.Co. PETTICOAT in a Lime Green color. This one is Index 070. Has letter H on dome and H below PETTICOAT on the reverse.

Has a shallow base flake that is rather small and one fleabite on the dome. Still needs some cleaning.

This one was pulled off a line in Amarillo Texas back in the 1940's after a bad tornado came through and wrecked out some of the old poles near the railroad. This is what I was told from the guy that I acquired them from.
