W.E.MFG.Co. [030] Aqua, maybe a little hint of green. White lettering, I assume a layover of the 70's when painting the lettering was popular. Noticeably off kilter pin hole. Small (smaller than an eraser head) fisheye and wire rub on the top. Base has a number of shallow thumb nail flakes. Rear wire groove has tiny scallop?
