When I purchased this unusual insulator on line I thought it has a thick spiraling swirl of milk or snot towards the top of the threads. Was a bit disappointed after cleaning it up. Turned out to be a pocket of traped air that deformed a number of threads. Just to the left of the nice piece of junk seen in my dome shot is about where the wide void of glass begins. It is about 1/2" wide and goes almost completely around the top hat to where I started your journey off at the begining of that pockets description. Also included in the dome for extra charector are plenty of amber stringers. On one side inside the wire groove there are a cluster of abount 20-30 seed bubbles. The best viwe in my opinion is the New York embossed side. However, you may also like what you find in the front and wish to display the Brookfield side. Has a backwards #7 at the top of the dome Lee.
