From my own experience these Brookfield B CD 164's insulators with the Star blotted out are tough to find. This one is a dark yellow green with nice amber swirls. The condition is mint with a factory made open bubble at the base (front side) and also a factory inclusion hidding behind what looks like a small bruise at the base of the dome in the front above the WG. That isn't visible unless the light reflects off it from the front. Back lighted you would even know it is there.
