Here's a side shot of the CD 104 NET "National style" without the National base embossing showing the typical "National" vertical lines down the threads. A pair of these lines are on both sides of the insulator. I'm referring to this one as the "National style" for a lack of a better term, much like the "Oakman styles" of the CD 134.
