Closest EIN is 005 style low skirt. Have or have both the other round base insulators listed in price guide. Attempted to consult the CD 152 experts here a few times in regards to this insulator that has large sized #4 on top of the dome when it should be #8 only. I'm taking it as all the non-responses mean nobody knows about them. This one has a nice shot of olive amber on the left side of the dome that comes down into the skirt. There is other amber elsewhere but nothing as major as shown in my pic.

Being this insulator is unlisted it is difficult coming up with a price. Asking $30 shipped to your door for this one. The condition is near mint. Has some roughness from mold removal on the inside of the inner skirt as well as some more simular roughness on the inside of the inner skirt. On the rear upper wire guide there is a small shallow clam shaped flake. About 1/8" at the widest.
