This is the other Fred Locke recoverd from the pole in St louis in january by Pat Scott . it is marked with Fred Locke marking 7-1. It also has the 1"pinhole and the top was made in a three part mold it is so strange that these two insulators stayed in service for so long...even stranger that they were produced two years apart ! here it is still in service[id=327343392]
