Yorkville Show 2012: Jim Crandall's display of splices

This is Jim Crandall's display of wire connectors and splices from 1860-1960, including the biggest Burndy split bolt that I've ever seen.

The tool is a combination wire twister and crimper. Flip the handles one way and you have five dual-cavity openings for twisting wires together. Flip the other way and you have five different sizes of crimper.

Jim's display won the GCIC award.
