How timely is this? I had just finished reading Elton Gish's Porcelain Insulator News article in the January 2012 CJoW. Then I spotted these two on Chris Hedges' table. They are indeed the glaze welded U-928, not the dry process U-928B. Chris said he had acquired six of them, kept two, sold two, and had these two available for sale. See the second shelf from the top, right hand side.
