The color is very close to Hemingray blue. May be Hemi blue for all I know. My pic is close so I guess you'll have to judge it for yourself and know for sure when it arrives at your door. Other then my own coloring quetioning this insulator is very near mint condition. Would be mint if not for the little bruise that should be visible in my pic located at the inside of the base below the -50 embossing on the 190 bottom.
