The base isn't quite round but I wouldn't think it was so out of round that it would cause this insulator to lean or droop as much as it does. The lean is much more noticible when displayed from the NEW YORK side. Has a #4 at top of dome. This yellow green insulator has a 3/16" or better pit about centered on the front of the dome in the front. Think that resulted from an inclusion or rough handling on a hot day at the Brookfield Glass Works. Anythink else wrong would be very minor.
